Sean Murdock

Sean Christopher Murdock was born in Oakland, California and raised in Utah and Washington. Brother Murdock and his wife Angela are the parents of eight children. They have been married for twenty-three years and were married in the Portland, Oregon temple. After meeting and getting married, his wife encouraged him to return to college after what was a rough academic semester at BYU Provo. Brother Murdock reluctantly applied for readmission, and the miracle that followed was his successful re-acceptance and then his graduation with a bachelor’s in computer information systems at Western Governors University. Brother Murdock received his master’s in business administration with a focus in IT Management. He has worked for several companies from small startups to 30,000 person corporations and enjoys aspects of all of them. Working for Ensign College and BYU Idaho have been Brother Murdock’s most rewarding professional experiences to date.

Brother Murdock served his mission in the Alaska Anchorage mission.

Brother Murdock’s official job title is Program Chair of Computer Science at Ensign College.
